Men's Soccer falls short in Maine

On Saturday the Bobcats (1-5, 1-3) traveled to Maine to take on Southern Maine CC (3-1-1, 2-0-1). The game was a close one but the Seawolves edged out a victory with Stephen Brady of SMCC scoring the lone goal of the day. Kyle King led the Cats in Shots with 8 and with shots on goal with four. While DJ Clement led the team in saves with 16.

On Sunday Paul Smith's played Central Maine Community College (5-1, 5-1) on Sunday. It was a competitive one with the Mustangs coming off hot scoring two goals in the first 20 minutes but the Bobcats answered back in the 74th minute with Nathan Smith's unassisted goal. But the Mustangs would have none of it and would score two minutes later while Kyle King would answer with a late goal in the 82nd minute. Keeper Christopher Perotta got the start and racked up 7 saves on the day.

Paul Smith's falls to 1-5 on the season and 1-3 in conference play. The Bobcats return to the field on this Thursday to take on Green Mountain College on Blackout Night! Fans are encouraged to come out and wear all black for this event!
