Women's Rugby Improves Steadily In Inaugural Weekend

In its inaugural weekend of rugby, the Paul Smith's College Women's Rugby team went 0-3 against experienced Plattsburgh and Potsdam State at the SUNY Plattsburgh 7's tournament. In a valiant first effort, PSC fell to Plattsburgh State. By third game the team found their groove losing to Plattsburgh again 15-10.  Strong defensive work by wing Janelle Rhahim and offensive support by center Caitlyn DeBellis helped pace the team to a strong weekend. Next weekend the Lady Bobcats will be traveling to Albany Law for the William Watkins Tournament.
